The jubilee 20th edition of the Lodołamacze competition is now behind us — an initiative promoting companies, organizations and institutions involved in the professional activation of people with disabilities.
For years, we have strived to ensure that the activities of SN PROMET have not only a business dimension, but also a social one. We create a work environment based on mutual respect, commitment and integration, giving people with various types of disabilities the opportunity for professional development.
We are proud of our employees, who build the value of our company every day through their work and commitment.
The competition jury recognized our efforts by awarding SN PROMET 1st place and the Lodołamacz 2025 statuette in the “Socially Sensitive Employer — Medium-sized Enterprise” category during the regional gala in Wrocław.
Ahead of us is the national final of the competition. The winners will be announced on 16 October 2025 during a ceremonial gala at the Royal Castle in Warsaw.
